Fresh Water or Coconut water
Few pieces of Gooseberry (Awla)
2 lemons or lime
1 Orange (Optional)
Mint leaves (Poudina)/ other leaves o choice.
Other fruit of choice (optional)
Fridge to keep overnight if requied
Glass or bamboo straw
Creating Vitamin C Infused Water:
At least few minutes of having or in the night, fill your jar with water and coconut water.
Start adding pieces of gooseberry, slices of lemon and pieces of oranges.
Add mint on top for flavor.
Keep it inside the fridge overnight if required
Enjoy as a early morning drink or any time drink as required
