Indian Raw Vegan Dip or Dressing

Indian Dip Kriti

3 Tomatoes
1/2 Coconut
1 lemon
Handful of raisins
Fresh coriander
Curry Leaves
Indian spices: dried coriander powder, dried mango powder (amchur), cumin seeds (jeera), paprika or red chilli powder, turmeric (haldi), dried fenugreek leaves (kasuri methi)

Ginger and leaves of garlic are strictly optional

Marinate Indian spices into lemon juice for 5-7 minutes
Blend tomatoes, coconut, lemon juice, and raisins
Add marinated spices and coriander leaves, blend it again
Pour it on cucumbers, peppers, and lettuce to enjoy a curry salad
